• Booking and Payment: The passenger must make a booking for Busntaxi and provide accurate details such as pick-up and drop-off location, date, and time. The payment should also be made in advance, or as agreed between the passenger and Busntaxi.
• Cancellation Policy: In case of a cancellation, the passenger may be charged a fee depending on the busntaxi's cancellation policy. This fee is usually higher if the cancellation is made closer to the scheduled pick-up time.
• Waiting Time: The passenger may be charged an additional fee for any waiting time incurred due to delays in the passenger's arrival or for any other reason beyond the control of the Busntaxi.
• Luggage: The passenger is responsible for ensuring that their luggage is loaded and unloaded safely. Any damage caused to the taxi due to the passenger's luggage will be the passenger's responsibility.
• Passengers: The passenger is responsible for ensuring that the number of passengers does not exceed the maximum capacity of the taxi as specified by Busntaxi. If the passenger exceeds the maximum capacity, Busntaxi provider may refuse to transport the passengers.
• Conduct: The passenger is expected to behave appropriately while using Busntaxi. Any damage caused to the taxi due to the passenger's behavior will be the passenger's responsibility. busntaxi provider may refuse to transport the passenger if they exhibit inappropriate behavior.
• Liability: busntaxi provider is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused to the passenger or their property during the taxi ride, except in cases where busntaxi is found to be negligent.
• Changes: Busntaxi may make changes to these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Route: Busntaxi may choose the route to the destination unless the passenger specifies a preferred route.
• Delays: Busntaxi is not responsible for any delays caused by traffic, weather, or any other unforeseeable circumstances beyond their control.
• Insurance: Busntaxi should have adequate insurance coverage for the passengers and the taxi. However, it is advisable for passengers to have their own insurance coverage.
• Privacy: Busntaxi should respect the privacy of the passenger and their personal information. Any personal information collected during the booking and payment process should be kept confidential.
• Feedback: The passenger may be asked to provide feedback on the Busntaxi. The feedback may be used by Busntaxi to improve their services.
• Dispute Resolution: In case of any disputes between the passenger and Busntaxi, the parties should try to resolve the issue amicably. If the dispute cannot be resolved, the matter may be referred to a mediator or a court of law.
• Prohibited Items: The passenger is not allowed to carry any illegal or dangerous items such as weapons or explosives in the taxi. If the passenger is found to be carrying such items, Busntaxi may refuse to transport them or take appropriate legal action.
